Brief Description
Kitt’s Creek is built to resemble small town America near the turn of the 20th century where neighbors know your name and band concerts held on the village square can be heard during an evening stroll down a tree-lined street. The goal is simple: to build the finest community in the Triangle, celebrating the essence of small-town America with all the conveniences of today. Kitts Creek represents a throwback to the architectural diversity of yesteryear, featuring 20 different styles: Cotswold, English Manor, Adirondack, Southern Plantation, Craftsman, Rustic, Queen Anne, Federal, Country Lodge, Gothic, Victorian, Folk Victorian, Stick Victorian, Farmhouse, Charleston, Georgian, Georgian Colonial, Italianate, Neo Classical and Second Empire.

Unique Community Feature
The houses all look very distinct from one another, and they're built a little closer to the street than in the typical subdivision. All the garages are set to the rear of the homes, connected by alleys. The front yards are smaller than you're probably used to seeing, bringing the variously-styled front porches nearer to people walking by. The streets are narrower, and the sidewalks are wider.
Amenities
A 3-acre public square complex, a 6200+ sq. ft. Community Center, a 36' "bandstand" gazebo, and pedestrian-friendly sidewalks on both sides of the streets all contribute to Kitts Creek's small town ambience.
Location
The community is just inside the western border of Wake County, immediately adjacent to Research Triangle Park. Raleigh-Durham
