Linda has been a licensed REALTOR® since 1998 and brings knowledge and professionalism to new levels.  Her expertise in residential real estate coupled with her desire to make Buyers and Sellers truly informed and happy with their experience sets her apart from many other REALTORs®. A member of the Board of Directors of the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORs®, Linda stays involved in her industry's inner network including The Women's Council of REALTORs®, where she has held several leadership roles.  She also owns the consulting company LJ Consulting, Inc. Linda's favorite hobby is running, and she finds that the time on the road clears her mind and allows her to focus on the goals ahead.  Through her running efforts, she raises money for Juevenille Diabetes, Katrina Relief, and other charities.

Beth Martin, Buyer Specialist
Beth is our Team’s dedicated Buyer Agent. Her primary goal is to make the house-hunting process a pleasant and enjoyable one; ensuring that each client finds the perfect home pleasing to both their lifestyle and budget.  Beth holds an undergraduate degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and has worked for more than 15 years in client service-related fields.  Also, having relocated several times herself, Beth has a unique understanding of the relocation process and is able to help our clients seamlessly transition to the area.

Andrea Bankert, Closing Coordinator & Administrative Assistant
Andrea coordinates the details of every closing and serves as the liaison between the buying and selling agent. From contract to closing Andrea works diligently with each client to ensure a smooth, worry-free transaction while providing excellent customer service. Additionally, Andrea oversees the Team's rental properties and provides administrative support for Linda's various professional and committee responsibilities.  Andrea has an Associate Degree from Blue Ridge Community College and is also a graduate from the University of Real Estate.

Heather Sasser, Broker & Marketing Coordinator
Heather develops and implements marketing campaigns for Linda’s team and listing clients. She focuses primarily on internet advertising, key message development and client communications. Heather also has a broker’s license and enjoys working with relocation as well as local buyers. Heather has a degree in Communications from N.C. State University and many years experience in marketing and investment real estate.

Pam Bardy, Listing Coordinator
Pam assists with the initial marketing of each listing, working closely with Linda and the seller to capture the best features of each property.  She coordinates property sketches and professional photography, and designs many of the team’s marketing materials. Pam also monitors the activity and feedback provided by showing agents.  With an Associates Degree from Detroit College of Business and a strong background in marketing and administration, Pam makes our listings stand out among the rest.
